NO CONTACT: Please note that in order to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of the examination and certificate standards, Globalior/Globalior Atlas/ agents/employees/partners/shareholders/employees or any other related or associated individuals or entities will not engage in discussions about exam questions or answers.
2. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUITY OR AVAILABILITY Globalior/Globalior Atlas/ agents/employees/partners/shareholders/employees reserve/s the right to make unavailable the certification exam at anytime. 
3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: All exams hosted/developed/promoted/marketed/shared by Globalior and/or its owners, agents, and employees (“agents”) are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Globalior and/or its agents will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the exams. This includes indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF PASSING OR UTILITY: Globalior and/or its agents do not guarantee any level of proficiency in the subject matter by the certificate holder/s, nor does it guarantee employment or career advancement for the certificate holder/s.
6. DISCLAIMER OF AFFILIATION: Globalior and/or its agents are not affiliated with any specific company or organization unless specifically stated.
7. NO SHARING OF MATERIALS: Sharing any of the materials or information from the exams with others is strictly prohibited, and doing so may result in legal action.
8. EXPIRATION OF CERTIFICATION: The certification obtained from passing the exam may be valid for a limited period of time and may expire after a set period. Globalior and/or its agents reserve the right to change certificate validity periods without any notice. This includes retroactive changes.
9. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS: Globalior and/or its agents are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content of the exams, including any errors or omissions in any exam questions, answers, or explanations. Globalior and/or its agents strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but Globalior and/or its agents do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the exam content.
10. NO REFUNDS: All fees paid for exams are non-refundable, even in the event of a technical issue or other problem that prevents the exam from being completed or passed.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY: All information contained within the exams are confidential and proprietary and may not be disclosed or shared with any third party without Globalior and/or its agents written consent.
12. GOVERNING LAW: The exams are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are based, and any disputes arising from or related to the exams will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
13. MODIFICATIONS: Globalior and/or its agents reserve the right to modify or discontinue the certification exams at any time, without notice or liability to any party.
14. FORCE MAJEURE: Globalior and/or its agents are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under the certification exam due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.
15. FINALITY OF ANSWERS: Globalior and/or its agents have the final say in deciding what the correct answer to any question is, and their determination is final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
16. BINDING AGREEMENT: By accessing or taking the exams, you agree to be bound by these disclaimers and any other terms and conditions Globalior and/or its agents may provide.
